The Complete Catering Company

Overview of the project:

Complete Catering is a premier nationwide catering company who offer event catering for events such as weddings, corporate events and private parties. They have catered for a long list of high profile clients over the years and continue to grow year on year as they expand on their success.

For their website, their primary goal was to create something which conveyed the quality service that they provide.

To accomodate this we invested a lot of effort not only in the design of the site, but also in the way with which all their information was presented.

The look of the site was deliberately chosen to match that of their company brand and selected images were used throughout to enhance the already mouth-watering dscriptions of their food.

After the website was launched we continued to assist Complete Catering by meeting their hosting needs and also leading an advertising campaign on their behalf.

This campaign, along with the quality of the website itself, has seen their prescence on the internet grow profoundly.

Since the website was launched they have seen a large amount of sales leads coming to them through their website. In fact: the whole project has been so successful that it managed to completely pay for itself in under a week - and has now grown to become a primary source of revenue for the company.

Spotlight Feature: Menu Creation Tool

A feature of this website that we are particularly proud of is the ability to create your own ideal menu.

Visitors to the site are able to combine their choice of Canopés, starters, mains and deserts and then submit their completed menu to complete catering for a quote.

This tool has proven to be a success with the site's visitors, who appreciated the interactivity of it, and has subsequently generated many sales leads for the company to follow up on.

An important fact to take in to consideration is that: at the time the website was launched, no other catering company's website boasted this feature. It was developed entirely by Excelium and serves as an example of the innovation and ideas we can bring to any web project.
